Reel Crime #1: "Bank Heist" is a 5 reel, 15-payline i-slot machine game comprised of four different bonus feature games. This means there are five spinning reels from which to form your winning combinations. For every coin that you put in you enable another payline. When the reels stop, the computer checks the combinations of symbols along each enabled payline.
Reel Crime #1: "Bank Heist" is a slot game with a story we call these games "i-Slots". In an "i-Slot" game the more you play the more of the story you see.
There are four scenes in this episode. You start by watching the first scene, which will play automatically, and then you begin playing the slot game. When three or more "Tommy Gun" symbols appear on the reels the next scene will begin. After each scene you are brought back to the game to continue your play.
You can replay past scenes at any time by going to the Game Map, which you access by clicking "Game Map" in the upper-right corner of the game. Click on any scene that you have completed and it will replay for you, to move forward to the next scene you must complete it and get away with your crime.
Reel Crime #1: "Bank Heist" is a multiline i-Slots game that can be played for $/£/€0.01 up to $/£/€1.00 per line bet, you can wager up to five coins per bet line.
Note: You may wager on 1 payline or multiple paylines (up to 15). Simply click on the Select Lines button to enable multiple paylines. You will only be paid on winning combinations for enabled paylines, except for the Scatter symbols that pay in any position.
All winning combinations pay left to right, except for the Scatter symbols which pay on any of the five reels.
Scatter Symbols
The Tommy gun symbol is a scatter symbol. 3 or more Tommy gun symbols will need to appear anywhere on the five Reels to trigger the Tommy Gun Bonus Round. The Tommy gun symbols do not have to appear on any single payline.
- The Tommy gun symbol appears on all Reels.
- If you have a Scatter win as well as a Regular win, you will be paid out for both wins.
- Three Tommy gun symbols will trigger the Tommy Gun Bonus Round game.
- Scatter wins are calculated by multiplying the Tommy gun scatter symbol combination payout by the total number of credits wagered.
- Winnings will be calculated according to the "The Plan" payout schedule.
The Plan
"The Plan" is the first stage of the Slot play. "The Plan" stage has one Tommy gun scatter symbol.
The Tommy gun symbol is a Scatter symbol. If 3 of these icons appear on the Reels you will be sent to the Tommy Gun Bonus Round.
These symbols do not need to appear in a line to trigger the Bonus Round and you do not need to be playing all 15 lines. The Tommy gun scatter symbol must appear three or more times anywhere on any of the five reels.
Tommy Gun Bonus Round
If three Tommy Gun scatter symbol appear on any of the five reels, including on paylines that are not enabled, you will enter the Tommy Gun Bonus Round.
The sizes of your wins in the Bonus Round Feature are directly related to the number of credits you wagered when the three or more Tommy Gun scatter symbol appeared.
In the Tommy Gun Bonus Round you end up outside of the Bank. You must use the Tommy Gun to shoot at various parts of the scene. The scenes that can be shot will turn red when you move your mouse over them.
There are two outcomes to this Bonus Round:
- You will hit the Alarm and you will be sent to the "On the Run" stage.
- You will get the Key and you will be sent to the "In the Bank" stage.
Depending on your outcome you will end up in the "On the Run" stage or the "In the Bank" stage.
In the Bank Stage
If you get a Key in the Tommy Gun Bonus Round game you will be sent to the "In the Bank" stage. There is no other way to get to this stage; you must receive the Key from the Tommy Gun Bonus Round.
At the start of the "In the Bank" stage you will be asked to select the Coin Value that you wish to use for the remainder of the round. This coin value cannot be changed during the round.
During the "In the Bank" stage, if you decide that you would no longer like to use the selected coin value you can press the Reset Round/Choose New Coin Button. This will return you to the beginning of the stage where you can select a new Coin Value.
The objective of the "In the Bank" stage is to get into the Vault before being caught by the Policeman. A Policeman symbol and a Robber symbol are shown near the top of the slot game.
The Policeman moves forward when the Policeman symbol appears three or more times. You the (Robber) move forward when the Vault symbol appears three or more times.
If you make it to the end without the Policeman catching you then you are sent to the "Dynamite Bonus Round" stage. If you are caught you are sent back to the beginning of the game.
Winnings will be calculated according to the "In the Bank" payout schedule.
The Policeman Catches You
If the Policeman catches you before you get into the Vault then the round ends and you go back to the beginning.
Upon your return to the beginning you will enter the Caught Bonus Round. In this Bonus Round you will be asked to:
- Choose a Gangster to reveal the number of Free Spins.
- Choose a Vault for the Multiplier Value.
Your Free Spins Bonus games and Multiplier will be awarded at the beginning of Slot play in "The Plan" stage.
Dynamite Bonus Round
If you get into the Vault you will be sent to the Dynamite Bonus Round game.
In the Dynamite Bonus Round game you will need to place the Dynamite on one of three Vault Doors. You do this by clicking on the Vault Door of your choosing. You will be awarded credits for your choice.
On the Run Stage
If you hit the Alarm in the Tommy Gun Bonus Round you will be sent to the "On the Run" stage. There is no other way to get to this stage; you must hit the Alarm in the Tommy Gun Bonus Round game.
At the start of the "On the Run" stage you will be asked to select the Coin Value that you wish to use for the remainder of the Round. This coin cannot be changed during the Round.
If you decide that you would no longer like to use Coin Value chosen you can press the Reset Round/Choose New Coin Button.
In the On the Run Stage the objective is to get away from the Police Car. You will see the progress of the Getaway Car and the Police Car along top the slot play.
In order to get out of the On the Run Stage one of two things need to happen:
- The Policeman catches you.
- You Get Away.
The Policeman Catches You
If the Policeman catches you before you get to the Checkered Flag then the round ends and you go back to the beginning.
Upon your return to the beginning you will enter the Caught Bonus Round game. In this Bonus Round you will be asked to:
- Choose a Gangster to reveal the number of Free Spins.
- Choose a Vault for the Multiplier Value.
Your Free Spins Bonus games and Multiplier will be awarded at the beginning of Slot play in "The Plan" stage.
Choose Your Car Bonus Round
If you get away from the Policeman you will be taken to the Choose Your Car Bonus Round game.
In the Choose Your Car Bonus Round you will need to select a different car. Simply click on the Car that you wish to select.
From here you will be sent to the Dynamite Bonus Round game.
Dynamite Round Scatter Symbols
The Dynamite, Getaway and Policeman symbol are scatter symbols. 3 or more of these Scatter symbols will need to appear anywhere on the five Reels to trigger their Bonus Round games.
The payline does not need to be enabled for the Scatter symbols to come into effect. The Scatter symbols appear on all Reels.

Dynamite Free Spins Bonus
2 Dynamite symbols scattered on any of the five reels, including paylines that are not enabled, will trigger the 1 Free Spin.
3 Dynamite symbols scattered on any of the five reels, including paylines that are not enabled, will trigger the 5 Free Spins.
4 Dynamite symbols scattered on any of the five reels, including paylines that are not enabled, will trigger the 10 Free Spins.
5 Dynamite symbols scattered on any of the five reels, including paylines that are not enabled, will trigger the 25 Free Spins with a Multiplier Value of 5 times.
