Watch The Birdie is a 5-reel, 15-payline video slot machine with an expanding wild symbol and a bonus round game. This means there are five spinning reels from which to form your winning combinations. For every coin that you put in you enable another payline. When the reels stop, the computer checks the combinations of symbols along each enabled payline.
Watch The Birdie is a multiline slot machine that can be played for $/£/€0.01 up to $/£/€0.50 per line bet and wager up to 5 coins per payline the maximum payout is 1,500 coins.
Watch The Birdie has an Expanding Wild symbol and a Scatter symbol. All winning combinations pay left to right, except for the Scatter symbols which pay on any of the five reels.
Expanding Wild Symbol
The Bird Egg symbol is the Expanding Wild symbol. The Bird Egg wild symbol will substitute for any other symbol to form a winning combination.
This Bird Egg wild symbol must appear on an enabled payline to complete the combination.
Note:
- The Bird Egg wild symbol appears on only Reels 2, 3, and 4.
- The Bird Egg wild symbol will only substitute for winning combinations on an enabled payline.
- Only one winning combination will be paid out per enabled payline. If there is more than one winning combination on a payline, you are only paid out for the highest value combination.
- Bird Egg wild symbols do not substitute for Birdwatcher scatter symbol.
Scatter Symbols
The Birdwatcher symbol is the Scatter symbol. 3 or more Birdwatcher symbols will need to appear anywhere on the five Reels to trigger the Bonus Round game.
The payline does not need to be enabled for the Scatter symbol to come into effect. The Scatter symbols appear on all five reels. If you have a Scatter win as well as a Regular win, you will be paid out for both wins.
Scatter wins are calculated by multiplying the Birdwatcher symbol combination payout by the total number of credits wagered.
Winnings will be calculated according to the Watch The Birdie payout schedule.
Find the Birds Bonus Round
Three or more Birdwatcher symbols scattered on any of the five reels, including paylines that are not enabled, will trigger the Find the Birds Bonus Round game. The Bird Egg wild symbols do not substitute for Scatter symbol.
The coins that are won in the Bonus Round game are related exclusively to the number of credits you had originally wagered when the Bonus Round was triggered.
In the Find the Birds Bonus Round you must choose the Egg, which you think, contains the bird at the top of the screen. When you give the Egg a tap, it will hatch - if the Bird matches you will be awarded a win.
Some Egg contains a "Bonus Bird of Happiness" which will fly through the screen to re-lay all Egg, which have been hatched. You will then, keeping the coins you have won so far, have a chance to find each of the Birds again in the new set of Egg.
You might find the "Bonus Bird of Happiness" more than once, and the round will continue until you have a chance to find each of the five Birds, and don't find the Bonus Bird on any of your attempts. You will then be returned to the main slot game.
